Families commonly prepay for a lesson package, such as 10 hours. Price, currency, lesson quantity and other conditions are confirmed for each order.
Each completed class is recorded against the package. Linked family accounts can track lesson usage and remaining credits through our official WeChat service account.
We settle with teachers monthly based on completed teaching. For standard one-to-one lessons, the usual allocation is 90% to the teacher and 10% to the platform.
02 / WHEN PLANS CHANGE
If a teacher is not the right fit or a family needs to adjust its schedule, International Teachers Hub remains a point of contact. We help reconcile completed lessons, review remaining credits and discuss possible next steps.
Cancellations, credit validity and refunds follow the specific order, invoice or written terms agreed for the course.

For courses arranged through International Teachers Hub, the family pays through the payment method confirmed by the platform, and the platform records the purchased lesson credits. Confirm the payee and order information before payment.
A family typically purchases a lesson package (often 10 hours). Completed lessons are recorded against the package; remaining credits can be checked through the linked account on the official WeChat service account.
Teachers are settled monthly for the lessons actually completed during that period. For standard one-to-one lessons, the usual teacher/platform allocation is 90%/10%; other class formats may have different terms.
