International Teachers Hub
Terms of Service
By using the International Teachers Hub website, teacher-matching service, education consultation or related tools, you agree to these terms. Course-specific fees, cancellations and arrangements are governed by the order or written confirmation agreed for that service.
1. Scope of service
International Teachers Hub provides educator profiles, needs assessment, teacher matching, trial and course coordination, family education consultation and related website tools. Website information helps users understand possible options; it does not guarantee admission, grades, examination results or any particular learning outcome.
2. Partner educators
Educators displayed on the website are partner educators or independent education professionals. Subjects, enrolment status, availability, format and fees must be confirmed when booking. Unless expressly stated in writing, educators are not employees of International Teachers Hub.
3. Bookings and user information
You must provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to submit. When booking for a student or minor, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian or another appropriately authorised adult. Please disclose material learning requirements needed for a suitable match.
4. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Fees, payment timing, rescheduling, cancellation, refunds and lesson validity are governed by the relevant course page, order, invoice or written arrangement agreed with you. If documents conflict, the most recently confirmed service-specific terms apply, subject to mandatory law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not compromise website security, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, collect non-public data, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use the website in a way that disrupts educators, students, families or normal platform operations.
6. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the brand, page design, text, course descriptions and original tools belong to International Teachers Hub or the relevant rights holder. You may not copy, sell, republish in bulk or use them to build a competing database without permission. Materials submitted by educators or users remain the property of their respective rights holders.
7. Third-party services
The website may link to WeChat, login services, payment services or other third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and International Teachers Hub does not control their availability or practices.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but educator schedules, course arrangements and website functions may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Teachers Hub is not responsible for interruptions outside its reasonable control, failures of third-party services or losses caused by inaccurate user information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about personal-data handling.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change and will post a new effective date. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the relevant service and contact us about any outstanding arrangement.
