International Teachers Hub connects families with partner educators who have international-school or international-curriculum experience. We provide teacher matching, course coordination, education consultation and related tools. The platform is registered in Duluth, Georgia, USA.

2. Information we may collect

• Enquiry information, such as your name, WeChat ID, email address, telephone number, preferred teacher and message.
• Learning and matching information, such as the learner’s age range, curriculum, subject needs, goals and answers submitted through assessment tools.
• Account and service records, such as login identifiers, bookings, course coordination and communications, where applicable.
• Necessary technical information, such as server logs, IP address, browser or device information, and data needed to maintain login and website functionality.

Please do not use a general enquiry form to send identity documents, full payment-card numbers, medical records or other sensitive information unrelated to teacher matching.

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess teacher and course fit, arrange trials or services, operate website tools, maintain accounts and security, improve services, and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. When information may be shared

When needed to provide teacher matching or course arrangements, we may share relevant details with the selected partner educator or service personnel. Hosting, technical and professional service providers may also process information to perform their duties. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties unless authorised, necessary to provide the requested service, or required by law.

5. Children and parents

Our education services may support minors, but website enquiries, bookings, accounts and assessment information should be submitted and managed by a parent, guardian or other authorised adult. Children under 13 should not independently submit names, contact details, photographs, voice recordings or other personal information. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate parental involvement.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, matching, course administration, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no network transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. International processing

International Teachers Hub works with families and educators in different countries and regions. Information may therefore be processed outside your country or region, with reasonable safeguards applied as required.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, withdraw consent where withdrawal is available, or stop non-essential future communications. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
